We're passionate about sharing information and resources with the community. We believe that all community members deserve equitable access to information, resources and supports. Look for us at community meetings and events where we gather and share resources and important information with the community.

Please contact us if you:

• are having a community event and would like a HIP representative to attend, to connect with attendees and share resources

• would like help promoting an upcoming community event, program or workshop (you could also tag our social media accounts)

• would like to request our materials to display at your organization

• would like to partner on any current or future projects aimed at enhancing community safety & well-being in Halton, and/or developing better ways to serve our most vulnerable community members

Does your agency provide a list of community resources, in print or online?

• We see a lot of helpful, and not so helpful, lists of community resources, both in print format and on agency websites

• While these resources are intended to help community members find support when they need it, nothing is more frustrating than discovering outdated resources, when you finally get the courage to seek help

Remember:

• When creating lists of resources, please visit hipinfo.ca to find the most up-to-date information.

• When sharing resources, please make sure people know to visit hipinfo.ca to add or update any of the resource information (see example below).

• Always include hipinfo.ca as a resource in your list
